Cost and Consultation
Consultation Process
Initial Consultation
Comprehensive Evaluation: During your first visit, you’ll meet with one of our experienced doctors who will conduct a thorough evaluation. This may include a discussion of your medical history, a review of your symptoms, and, if needed, diagnostic imaging.
Symptom Review: We’ll explore the nature, frequency, and severity of your pain to understand the impact it has on your life. This helps us create a treatment plan that targets your specific challenges.
Personalized Treatment Plan: After understanding your condition, we’ll work with you to design a treatment plan. This may include options such as ultrasound-guided injections, tailored rehabilitation, regenerative treatments, and more.
Cost Transparency and Treatment Options
Treatment Recommendations: Once we have created a personalized plan, we will discuss recommended treatment options, including the expected duration, potential benefits, and any anticipated follow-up care.
Transparent Cost Estimates: We believe in transparent pricing. During your consultation, our staff will provide a clear breakdown of costs for recommended treatments. We’ll explain what’s covered by insurance and any out-of-pocket expenses.
Insurance and Payment
Insurance Verification: Our team can help verify your insurance benefits before or during your consultation to determine your coverage for treatments. Many insurance plans cover certain pain management and regenerative care treatments; however, coverage can vary based on your plan.
What’s Included in Your Initial Consultation
Detailed Symptom and History Assessment: A one-on-one discussion with a pain specialist to understand your symptoms and overall health.
Review of Diagnostic Imaging: If you have prior imaging (such as X-rays or MRIs), we’ll review these and determine if additional imaging is needed for a comprehensive assessment.
Custom Treatment Recommendations: Based on your symptoms and goals, we’ll present treatment options that range from non-invasive therapies to advanced regenerative techniques.
